Blood alcohol level when operating a vessel is the same as for when driving on the road (0.05%). With this in mind, the Skipper will always observe this law. 

 

Guests may bring their own alcohol on board but it is always a stipulation that anyone who arrives drunk, becomes drunk, abusive or otherwise obnoxious, will be thrown overboard.
